We are delighted to have been award the Bronze Eco Award!
Eco Church is A Rocha UK’s award scheme for churches in England and Wales who want to demonstrate that the gospel is good news for God’s earth.
We have recently been implementing lots of new environmentally friendly processes such as the water butt for our outside water source, bird feeders and wild flower patch which are encouraging lots of new friends to our grounds to ensuring the teaching of taking care of God’s earth is within our sermons and Kid’s Corner activities. We did meet the criteria for a number of Silver Award requirements and will be continuing towards this.
