Welcome to our website for St Leonard’s Langho, we’re very glad that you came to visit to find a bit more out about us.

We’re a friendly congregation of diverse ages and backgrounds from babies through to 90 year olds worshipping together in our pretty church in the stunning Ribble Valley. At our 10.30am service we have a Children’s Corner (within the church building) with weekly craft activities based on that week’s Gospel reading and activity bags are also available. Little ones are welcome to wander around and we don’t mind how much noise they make. It’s their way of worshipping God! Refreshments are available after the service to give everyone time to catch up and to make new friends.

Loving God … Serving Others

Welcome to St Leonard’s

We are very pleased that you have chosen to visit our site and you will be made very welcome if you visit our Church. St Leonard’s is situated between Blackburn and Clitheroe in the heart of Lancashire’s beautiful Ribble Valley. Our parish covers the villages of Langho, Billington, Old Langho, Dinkley, Brockhall and York together with the surrounding rural area.

We seek to promote the Kingdom of God and the good news of Christ more fully through worship, service and witness to the Glory of God the Father. If you wish to worship God we shall be delighted to welcome you to our regular services.

Our Church has very close links to our primary school which is situated next door. The school has been judged as ‘outstanding in all areas’ by OFSTED and outstanding in its distinctiveness and effectiveness as a Church of England Primary School in its latest SIAMS inspection.
